Slider Revolution licence problem

I have bought the theme 4 times. But I can’t activate the Slider Revolution plugin in any package, which is supposed to be part of the package. Each time the key is rejected as invalid. Please help me.

Thanks for reaching out.
The Slider Revolution is a bundled plugin with the X and Pro. And you don’t need to activate any licenses for that. A separate license is required to activate the premium or pro features of the plugin.
