Slider Revolution layer only for mobile view not shown correctly

Hey there,

I use the latest Slider Revolution on one of my pages and made a full screen slider for the start page. I adjusted the Slider for mobile screens and added two layers only for small screens. While the one is working well, the other on doesn’t. Both should have a white background with a oppacity of 35%. Therefore I doubled them from the original ones from the desktop version and set the visibility on mobile only. Can you please help me with this? Is this a known bug or dependent on browsers? Thanks.

Would you mind providing more information about the issue? Like what slider, what layer, and is it related to the custom grid or visibility options of the layer? Perhaps video recording will help to address this issue :slight_smile:

Though I checked it and I don’t see any on any of the slider and layer when it comes to the custom grid (devices).

Thank you for the clarification.
I download the slider and loaded it on my PRO test site and it works as expected. See this: https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cbjn1ylBrc. See how the layer with the opaque background display. On yours it is displaying that layer with z index 11 the background is just missing.

Do you have caching on your server? Try to clear cache.
Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Try also to remove custom CSS, Javascript and templates.

Hi There,

thank you very much for your help. Before checking all plugins I took the easy way and made a new slider with the same content. Now everything works fine.
