As you have already removed Revolution Slider, I tried installing the same from X > Validation > Extension, I am getting Destination folder already exists. Basically what that means is even though Revolution Slider is removed the folder is still there on the server. You need to login to FTP using software like Filezilla and under /wp-content/plugins/ folder, delete Revolution Slider folder. After that from X > Validation > Extension try installing Revolution Slider again. In an ideal scenario, Revolution Slider data won’t get deleted upon deleting Revolution Slider plugin.
