Slider Revolution Issue Not Showing on All Devices

Slider Revolution is showing up on some devices and not others. I’m on my home network and able to see the home screen graphic on my laptop, but not from my ipad or work computer. I have had several people call to say they can’t see the home screen graphic from thier devices. Whats happening?
