Slider Revolution Is Not Working

Hi All,

I using the restaurant demo, when i tried to install the revolution slider plugin, I noticed the slider from the demo isn’t available and now I’m seeing this error message:

I’m using the Revolution Slider at 2.0.2 version.

I hope someone can give me a help or maybe provide me the slide template.

Hello,

Thank you for writing in!

Is recommended that you update the plugin to the latest version that`s 5.4 and check if there’s some problem. If yes, check this article: https://www.themepunch.com/faq/revolution-slider-error-slider-with-alias-not-found/

Hi John!

Thanks for answer me.

I updated my plugin.

But I think, my problem is not exactly this.

When I use some kind of demo as a template I suppose it should download all the dependencies (like images and others objects), when i set the restaurant template this slide wasn’t download:

Is there anything I can do to download that slide?

Thanks for updating in! This issue occurred because when you imported the demo content, Revslider is not yet installed and active. I would suggest that you download the slider from here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/5zhv7oagtcohe47/restaurant-home.zip?dl=0

And import it your Rev Slider panel. To know more how you can import the slider, please check out this documentation: https://www.themepunch.com/revslider-doc/import-export-replace/

Hi,

I have the same problem with all the sliders for any of the demos.
The Rev slider is installed and activated, but the sliders do not download with the demo content.

Hi @mikeand13,

You mean the demo import? What demo you’re importing? Please note that Standard demos doesn’t come with sliders, while Expanded demos should have sliders upon import.

If you’re importing the expanded demo but with the missing slider then please start a new thread/topic about this and provide your login credentials in a secure note, then I’ll check it.
