I’ve brought Pro Unlimited but I can’t get Slider Revolution to validate so that I can update to the latest version or download all the extra features.
Where do I find the licence for Pro Unlimited?

All bundled 3rd party plugins such as Slider Revolution doesn’t need validation, we provide updates and support for the bundled plugins. It’s fully functionally and there is no limitation.
Though, some bundled plugins have their own premium features that we have no control since those features need access from the plugin’s author server. It’s their own decision to make it free or not.
If you wish to get updates and support directly from the plugin author or get access to restricted contents like templates, then you’ll have to buy a license from them and validate it.
And please note that we don’t release new updates just because the plugin author release a new version, we’ll have to test it first. You may ignore the update messages coming from the plugin author.

Hi Rad, thanks for your reply but there is something not right in that answer.
I have a few sites that are using X and Pro. These sites give me the ability to update Slider Revolution and to access features like templates and such, but in the staging site at https://staging2.rdw.co.nz/home I’m being asked to Register Slider Revolution to Unlock Premium Features. This is different to the other sites. Why?
There is an area to enter a licence number for Slider Revolution. Should I enter my Pro Unlimited licence number there? If so, where do I find my Pro Unlimited licence number?
The Pro unlimited license code will not work for Revolution Slider. As my colleague mentioned, the template import feature of Revolution Slider is a premium feature of the plugin that accesses the developer server and outside of our control.
The bundled plugins such as Revolution Slider are the core plugins that we share the files and you can install from X/Pro > Validation screen.
There will be no need to add any license key as you will have only access to the core features of the plugin and not the extra ones that the developer gives using their servers.
Now, when it comes to the update, we release the updates after we test the plugin with the theme. So, for example, the latest version of the Revolution Slider that we provide is 6.2.9 and you can confirm by checking the Version Compatibility documentation.
We are in the process of testing the version 6.2.12 and will release it soon.
The bottom line is that if you want to have the template import feature from the developer’s server you will need to purchase the license of Revolution Slider separately.
