Slider Revolution 'Intelligent inheriting' apparently not working

My RevSlider looks fine designed on desktop, but the fonts are too small and elements are in wrong positions on mobile even though I have "inherit all values from desktop’

How can I maintain the design on mobile to look 100% as it was designed on desktop?
