Slider Revolution & Instagram are broken once again

Hello,

Our Instagram feed using Slider Revolution has broken once again with the latest update.

You can see the issue at this URL. Please disregard the broken styling on this page. EH Broken IG Link

Were using this feed: HCC Instagram

Within Slider Revolution were using this feed name: hollywoodchamberofcommerce

Everything was working fine an hour ago until I ran the X Pro update.

Hi @websperations,

Please try the following solutions first.

  1. Clear all caches including browser cache then deactivate your caching plugins and other optimization plugins.

  2. If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.

  3. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If nothing helps, please give us WP Admin and FTP credentials. Please note though that we might deactivate plugins and remove customizations during troubleshooting. So if this could not be done in your live site, please copy your site to a staging server and give us access there instead.

Thanks.

I don’t use a CDN, Cache is disabled, browser cache has been cleared and there is no plugin conflict.

I checked all of that before I opened a ticket and I already gave you the credentials!

Hey Micah,

I have checked your site again and your slider is now working fine.

This could just be a caching issue. I can see that you have temporarily deactivated the WP Fastest Cache plugin. When you activate it again, please make sure to regenerate the minified CSS and JS files. And then since you are using SiteGround, please clear your site cache in your hosting panel as well. The SuperCacher is developed by SiteGround exclusively for their customers. It increases the number of hits a site can handle and boosts the website loading speed. The SuperCacher includes 4 different caching options for maximum optimization of your websites. You can access the tool by clicking on the SuperCacher icon in your cPanel.

For more information about this, please check it out here: https://www.siteground.com/tutorials/supercacher/supercacher_intro.htm

Hope this helps.

I managed to get Theme Complete to address the issue and it looks like they fixed the issues.
