On this page of my website: https://www.newmoonstrategy.com/digital-marketing-services-blog/ we are using Slider Revolution for the top image / space where it says “The Launchpad Blog”. This worked and functioned well until recently, the image is not displaying properly and then when I scroll it jumps to the correct position. Can you please assist with this bug?

Welcome back to the forum. 
I checked the front end of the website and found out that the problem is caused by a height setting that forces the top header section to be 75px in height.
Would you please kindly go to X > Theme Options > Header > Navbar Top Height (px) option and set it to 89?
That should fix the height issue of the header and fix the side effect of the revolution slider problem below.
