Slider Revolution has disappeared?

Hi guys,

Slider Revolution has disappeared from my website and even my dashboard, I also just tried to search for it in Plugins and can’t find it anywhere?

Is there any issues?

Would really appreciate some help, I’m sorry if it’s actually an obvious problem or a mistake on my part lol

When I go on the “Pro” page from the dashboard and scroll down to the “Extensions”, this is what I get when I try to “install” slider revolution:

But it isn’t there:

Thanks for asking.

Please use FTP programs like Filezilla and under /wp-content/plugins/ delete revolution slider plugin. After that from Pro > Overview > Extensions, install Revolution slider.

I just contacted Wordpress.com to get my hosting details to use FileZilla and they replied with “We don’t support FTP connections. You’re already logged in, so you can start building your site from the My Site menu. If you have data in XML format to import, you can do that on WordPress.com/settings/import”

:frowning: I have been at this for hours and have got nowhere. I don’t understand why a plugin will just suddenly disappear. The staff at Wordpress are trying to locate and remove the files for me to re-install but I’m not sure if I want to if this problem might happen again.

UPDATE:*

Wordpress deleted the files and installed it again for me.

All back on track
