Slider revolution for mobile not working

Hi there,
I’m trying to create a mobile responsive slider however for some reason it’s not “taking” the settings in the mobile grid size (see attached).
This website has just launched so to discover it’s not working is a real problem.

Please enable “Respect Aspect Ratio” option then recheck this issue:

I believe this should fix this issue, if not, then please provide us with WordPress Dashboard login details in a “Secure Note” so we can investigate this issue.
