Slider Revolution double image

hi there,
I have a problem to see slider revolution.
When I set an image with zoom / panning, I see double image.
I have checked any setting and everything seems ok.
Pls, can you help me?

Hi @Neetra,

Thanks for writing in.

I have checked you setup and I could not see any problems with it. I played with the numbers/details of your first slider so that you could why it is not showing double image anymore.

Hope it helps. You could also add number or details so you could manage your slider revolutions.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks.

Ok, tnx. Now the first slider seems ok except for last second (double image yet) but I can solve it with your advices.
I dont know why it doesn’t work properly with other slider without any Kun Burns change. I have take this example directly from official template…
Tnx,
Francesco

I see that usually the setting was type 100 - 130 %, but it seems doesn’t work except for 150% minimum.
It means that my image is zoommed too much and loss high definition…
I dont know why in demo mode, it works properly but if I use it in my web site there is splitter problem…
Francesco

Hey @Neetra,

I checked your images and they are full HD in size. You should you use sizes more than that if you’re viewing in full HD screens because the Ken Burns effect needs the images to be larger than its container. This is also why you need 150 scale to start with.

I changed the scale of your second slide from 130 - 100 to 150 - 300.

And, the splitting issue was corrected.

Hope that helps.

The Layer Grid Size in Slider Setting (.4) was 1240x868px vs an image 1920 × 1080px.
So the image has bigger size already.
I think that it should be good to start with 100%. In the demo show the situation is different.
Should I change layer Grid Size to see full image 100% to increase to (i.e.) 130%?

There is a big different in size than this link

Moreover if I change H offest, nothing change… i’m going crazy…

Not sure if that would help but you can try playing around with the Grid sizes. These resources might also help.

I understand that we provide support for Slider Revolution but technical issues like this would be best handled by ThemePunch support because they have more expertise with regards to Slider Revolution’s functionality and this is related to one of their demos which could only be accessed by license holders. I see your Slider Revolution is licensed.

Thanks.

ok, I’ll contact ThemePunch.
Tnx for your kindly support.

Hi, I have contact them and they make a testing in one page - test.
Everything work properly but if I use same slider code in my home page in Cornestone, it doesn’t work.
So the problem is not in “Revolution Slider” just only.

Are there some troubles for compatibility? Or are necessary any change setting?

Pls, can you help me with any your advice for me?

Tnx,

Francesco

Hi there,

I did take so much time and I could not find the reason why there is a problem on the Revolution Slider in the homepage. But what I have found is that it is actually not related to the Cornerstone and it is something on your homepage which is causing the issue.

Here is the test that I have done:

1- I created a test page and only added the Revolution Slider shortcode to the standard WordPress editor. In this case it was [rev_slider alias="space-opera"].

The result was a slider with a correct view and no double image problem:
http://www.frammentidiluce.org/test-page/

2- I created another test page and this time used the Cornerstone and added the slider using the Classic Revolution Slider element. So again this time the case was isolated and the only difference was that we used the Cornerstone.

The result was a slider with a correct view and no double image problem:
http://www.frammentidiluce.org/test-page-2/

So the conclusion is that problem is happening on the Homepage. I suggest that you install the Duplicate Post plugin and clone your website homepage. Then in the new cloned page try to delete the sections one by one and save and test the case to find the section which is responsible for the problem. Then try to check the elements within that section and finally find the one which is causing the issue.

Also make sure that you do not have any custom CSS or Javascript or HTML code added to the homepage, if you did, then remove them temporarily and check the case.

Thank you.

hi there,
i have made other test and now everything seems work properly.
The problem is in “classic row” than “row”…
I don’t know why but there is some incompatibility with “classic row”
Tnx for your help.
