Slider revolution doen't appear on mobile phones

hey there,
i just discovered that the slider evolutions that are assigned to each page do not appear when opened on a mobile phone. on the computer, they work fine. is there something i have to define when creating the page?

Hey @kkarc,

Please check the settings of the slider and make sure that the Disable Slider on Mobile option is off.

You have see this setting in Slider Settings > Layout & Visual > Mobile > Disable Slider on Mobile.

If the slider still does not show up, try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Let us know how it goes.

i checked and the - Disable Slider on Mobile option is off.
would u mind explaining to me in a little more detail, how i can check for the plugin problem?

ok sorry for all the questions.
i now see that pictures on my phone. however they appear bellow the text and one after the other, they are supposed to appear as a slideshow.
how can i position the pictures before the text? and make them a slideshow (similar to how they appear on the computer)?

Hey @kkarc,

Please go to your Slider Settings then enable Custom Grid Size option under the Slide Layout.

Once you enabled the Custom Grid Size option, save the settings then edit the slides.

When you go to the slider editor, you should now see the device switcher option in the settings panel of the slide editor:

By default, you will see the large screen view which is the current display of the slider and the layers inside it. If you switch to the mobile view or other device view, you will see how the layers are aligned on those devices:

Then you can move the layers around to specific places accordingly then save the settings.
