From WP > X I click on Install for Slider Revolution and I keep getting “Error encountered” message, when I click on Details- there is just a blank pop with no message.
Cornerstone is nowhere to be found. Not sure what needs to be done. I’m trying to install it manually but thats’t not working. I was able to connect to FileZilla and see some files there for Cornerstone.

Thanks for writing in! First of all, make sure that you’re fully updated including X theme & Cornerstone. You can check the latest version numbers from here (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195).
To install Cornerstone automatically, head over to X -> Overview section and wait for few seconds. Then you will see a notice saying Cornerstone automatically installed. You need to enable PHP cURL extension on your server (please check with your hosting provider, if you’re unsure). Cornerstone plugin folder can be found under your plugins folder (/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/).
Check your PHP version and make sure that you’re using at least PHP v5.6.x to avoid and incompatibility issues.

You need to enable PHP cURL extension on your server as I have mentioned above. Please contact your hosting support and ask them to enable it for you. Then you should be able to install other extensions as well.

I just got off the phone with godaddy. PHP cURL was already enable and the PHP version is compatible as well. What’s next?

I think I need to gather more information about this issue, the error in your screenshot doesn’t tell anything but unable to connect. Please click the Error Details and provide the error here.
If there is none, then please provide your admin and FTP login credentials in a secure note and I’ll check the actual error before giving you further advice or recommendation.

When I click on it it was only a white box with no message. I uninstalled Cornerstone via FTP and re-install it and that solved the issue.
