Slider revolution carousel problem

Hi, I have a problem with the carousel on the site http://www.redoxyproject.it/

When I click on the arrows of the slide at the end of the homepage in order to change the slides, the slides on the left disappear after each click. I want all 3 of em to be visibile all the time. It was working before but suddenly not working anymore. I didn’t change anything. Can you help me? thank you.

We’re sorry you’re having this issue. You’re using a compatible version of the plugin so that is not the cause of it. It seems a slider settings issue. Would you mind giving us wordpress credentials inside a secure note so we can investigate slider settings? Thank you.

Hi, I’m sorry, I dont remember where to find the wordpress credentials for you cause I always login from the Hosting site and the cpanel. Where should I go to find the credentials u need?

Hi Francesco,

Normally you decide for the login details for the admin area when you install Wordpress. Was the Wordpress installation done through your hosting? If so, you might be able to get the details from them.

You can also go to http://www.redoxyproject.it/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.redoxyproject.it%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1 then click on the forgot password link.

Btw I’ve noticed now that even the Header Slider doesnt load anymore. It loads in Cornerstone, in the preview of slider revolution plugin but it doesn’t load in the actual website. Why?

And also the sliders I’ve created for the phone version have now issues. They dont show any content.

It seems that you are using an older PHP version. Please make sure that you have meet to run the latest WordPress core first. You can check out the rest of the minimum requirements here: https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/

Hi, I’ve updated the php of the website on the hosting panel and now the site health tells me 0 critical error. But the slider issue is still there.

Hey Francesco,

Let me tackle your first issue first and that is:

The number of your slides should be more than the Max Visible setting. Upon checking, you only have 3 slides while the Max Visible setting was set to 5. I changed it to 3 and added another slide and the issue is fixed.

Not sure why it worked before when it’s impossible for 3 slides while 3 of them visibile to infinitely scroll.

Regarding the next issues:

Your header slider works. It’s just that there’s a problem with your background image. It doesn’t exist anymore. This is not caused by Slider Revolution but there might have been changes in your database or someone in your team updated the URL of the image (see secure note).

In the following screenshots, you’ll see that the text set up in the slider builder is white. Because the background in the live page is white, the text is washed out so you can see them.
