Slider Revolution builder UI/options not Loading - basically entirely non-functional

Hi there,
I just installed the plugin, and it doesn’t even function.

If I click on Slider Revolution in the WP menu, I see the main page (which lags forever due to an infinity loading twitter feed hidden below the fold?) and none of the options actually work. I can’t click on something to actually edit it, none of the options act like they are responding, but after clicking all options on the page don’t respond. I tried creating a new slider, which it shows as added, but cannot get the builder to load - the page simply flashes the WP Dashboard toolbar briefly, then nothing.

I have disabled all cacheing plugins to ensure it wasn’t that. The only plugins I have activated are all ThemeCo Pro related, a maintenance mode control, or Yoast. The site is basically still unborn.

Help? I’ve included support login credentials in the secure area.

Thanks for writing in!

I checked the website and can see that Slider Revolution dashboard is missing bunch of icons and builder is also not loading properly. Please do the following:

1. From Plugins > Installed Plugins deactivate and delete Revolution Slider.
2. After that from Pro > Validations > Extensions install and activate Revolution Slider.
3. Once you have installed Revolution Slider please clear browser cache and load Revolution Slider again.

In case problem is still there then please deactivate and delete Revolution slider from Plugins > Installed Plugins. After that use the URL shared in secured note to download Revolution slider offline installer package. Once downloaded, upload and install the plugin from Plugins > Add new.
