Slider revolution background

Hi guys,
we are setting up our new website. We have a problem with slider revolution background. We set preferences as shown,

But result is this

As you can see we set white background with orange spinner but it is blue and white.

Thanks for writing around! This looks like a cache issue, please clear all caches including browser cache then deactivate your caching plugins and other optimization plugins. If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.

Hi There,

I could not access your site as it has a geo IP protection, please turn off in case you need further help.

The blue background with texture is actually part of the section in Cornerstone where your slider is placed.

Please access your page via Cornerstone click on the section where the slider is placed and remove the background.

Hi there thank for your reply. We are unable to edit slider background via cornerstone because it says that preview is not available in cornerstone. On the other hand we just turned off geo protection so now you should be able to access our site.

Hi Michael,

I am still not able to access your login page as it says that my IP is blocked.

The blue background is set in the section that contains the slider, not the slider element itself.

Kindly click on the section settings and you should be able to change the background color from there.

thank you so much for your reply. Our provider confirmed me that at this moment you should be able to login, sorry for complications. On the other hand we deleted background in section and also in row so finally the blue color is away but still the spinner is not orange as set in revolution slider settings. Can you please check it?
