i intentionally waited a few updates of slider revolution after it went from 5 to 6. now i start updating slider revolution on more and more websites. up to now the chance that something breaks is at about 80%! mostly small stuff which is still hard to fix because the plugin gets more and more complicated and seems to be made for total slider revolution nerds only. so i can’t fix most of the problems. some are really bad problems and i would love to go back to the latest version 5. i did this by getting the plugin folder from a backup. but that broke the sliders completely. i turned it off before and deleted it. then i uploaded the folder via ftp. activated it again. lots of slides are missing now.
i cant contact the support of slider revolution because is is a bundled version. so…
could you provid me with the last version 5 as a installable file please?
i will not use this plugin ever again. its a mess and maybe you could pass that on to the developers (i just cant contact them - their website does not offer any email oder else…)

Unfortunately, I do not have the version 5 zip file. I asked our other support staff and there is no one. If we find the file we will share it with you.

Hi Kai,
You can download the v5 version from the URL I provided. Personally, I’m not a fan of v6 too, it just became more complex without much improvement from its predecessor. Though, I don’t have any issue if I create a slider from scratch, most issues are from existing sliders after the upgrade (perhaps some data or naming are changed, I’m not fully sure).
