Dear Team,

I am facing an issue since a week on the Revolution Slider set as MastHead.

I have created an animation, it was working fine, without any issues, but since a week or so back, the images started breaking…

Hi Mohamed,

Thank you for writing in, please clarify what do you mean breaking. The animation looks fine to me.

Try using your browser’s to Incognito or private mode, where there is no browser caching and browser add-ons involve.

Hi Friech,

Once you let the animation load, i believe after 5 to 10 seconds you will see the image breaking. I have tried both incognito & through a different browser with private mode.

Hi Mohamed,

The only browser I see the issue happening is in Firefox. Would you mind exporting your slider and making it available for us to download using a service like Dropbox. We’ll test the slider on our end and report this case to ThemePunch if we discover a bug.

Your absolutely correct, it works with other browsers, but not firefox. I have exported the slider rev.

Hi @blueuae,

Unfortunately, we can’t import the slider. It says incompatible archive though we are using the same version of the plugin. Can you please try to import it again? Thank you.

Thanks for the import file. The issue persists in my site and I tested varying some options but the issue still persists. This looks like a bug in Slider Revolution so I’d post this in our issue tracker so this would be forwarded to ThemePunch, the developer of Slider Revolution.

Since you don’t have any interaction in the slider, I’d recommend converting your slider into a video instead.

Could you please advise me how can i convert it to a video.

I will wait for Slider Revolution till they resolve, but until then, ill set it up as a video.

Hey Mohamed,

You can use programs like After Effects or similar. You can also record the slider running in Chrome with a screen recorder like Screenpresso. Just note that we don’t have exact instructions for converting slider to videos so it’s best to refer to the video program’s instructions or contact the program’s support if you get stuck.
