Slider Revolution Ajax error on downloading templates

Hi there, I’m trying to import a template from the template store and I get Ajax error

I tried:

  • 777 permission to wp-content and wp-plugins failed
  • increase PHP memory to 250mb - failed
    all the system requirements are ok,

What you suggest?

Hi Prasant, It just comes up the Ajax tab from the right up side of the screen and then spinner carries on but the page freezes.

Did you purchase Revolution Slider separably?

You just can import them templates from inside the plugin if you have purchased the plugin. It is the only difference between the version bundled with X and the purchased version. Importing from inside the plugin is considered a premium functionality.

You can alternatively download a template from the link below and import to your slider when using the version of X.

I figure it out! i deregistered and registered purchase code and now is working.
