I have a fresh install of X Theme and have used the built in installer to install Slider Revolution. When clicking on the option to Add a Slider from a template which usually then displays all of the templates available for download. I have another website hosted with the same provider with a different theme to X and this works fine. Can you please advise as this is a feature i really need to use.

Thanks for writing in! The built in import slider template is only available if you have registered your Revolution slider. If you haven’t registered it, you will need to download the slider (zip file) and manually import by uploading it to your site. You can get any of the slider you need from here: https://revolution.themepunch.com/free-slider-exchange/

I am having the same issue, but I have purchased and activated my slider rev, but getting Red X error (ajax) when trying to install slider online. The link with download is not an option since I want premium slider, and they are no available for download in that link.

If you have purchased a license for Revolution Slider and you are getting the AJAX error, please try to Deregister the code and re activate it.
