Slider revolution 5.x to 6.x background image not showing

Hi … I updated my version 5.x Revolution Slider to the Pro supported version 6.1.5 and unfortunately the background image is not showing.

  • In the editing console of Rev slider the background is visible and performing as it should. The same if opening the preview.

  • I tried exporting the slider in the orginal 5.x version and importing it into the 6.1.5 version.

  • I inserted a license key I have available.

  • I disabled the caching. On changing some text in the slider it is shown correctly on reloading, but not the background image.

Anybody with the same problem on transition and a way of solving it?

Hello Dario,

Thanks for writing in! It looks you have installed LiteSpeed Cache. Have you cleared your plugin caches after you have updated your theme/plugins? To better assist you with your issue, kindly provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:

Hey Dario,

You will need to reconfigure the background for your case. I checked the setting in GENERAL OPTIONS MODULE > LAYOUT and the background is disabled.

Your background is now showing up.
