Hi, I have a problem to preview my slider revol image. The message plug-in or theme conflict pops up when I click the preview button. I have tried deactivating all the plug-in except slider revol, switching the themes, and go through the steps recommended in the theme guide, the problem still persist.
Please assist.

Thank you for writing in, do you have any caching plugin or feature? Please clear all your caching features (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache) after updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

I checked the Ajax responses for the preview and there are no errors, the resulting HTML is working fine too. But what I can’t try is test the plugin as the account you have provided has no permission to access all admin resources. Please provide a credentials that has complete admin access, and make sure to disable Breeze cache while we’re testing it.

You are not seeing the slider because you have used a shortcode: [rev_slider alias="Homepage-Slider"][/rev_slider]. Be advised that the slider will not be displayed in the builder to prevent the builder from slowing down or avoid the slider from having a conflict with the builder. It is best that you use the Classic Slider Revolution element so that a placeholder will be displayed instead.

I ran a test page with a classic revolution slider and insert a test slide. The HTML preview ran well but it just can’t do a preview in the slider revolution builder plugin. The attached is a snapshot of the message

I confirm that the issue happens and it’s not a theme and plugin conflict. It’s most probably with your web host. I see that there’s a Cross Site Origin issue when opening the console.
Please forward the following screenshot to your web host and tell them to fix the issue. Otherwise, you won’t be able to preview Slider Revolution sliders. Slider Revolution preview works fine in all of my servers so there’s something unique to your server that is causing the issue.
