Slider REV - WHITE space GAP too large on mobile devices

the slider i made for 2 sites and the slides for those sites seem to have a huge white space only on mobile. Why? how can I fix this?

Thank you for writing in, but I don’t see any huge white space on your site. Please clarify, perhaps provide us a screenshot with the issue. For now, try clearing your phone’s browser’s cache.

It seems you have provided a different site. I checked the correct one and it’s due to the sizing of your slider. It seems it’s not properly configured for device responsiveness. Example, your slider height remains as is, the same as on desktop. Hence, it appears taller on mobile since the width became narrower but the height doesn’t change. Your slide should be set to be auto-responsive instead of just full-width.

Unfortunately, it’s behind a under construction page and couldn’t check it. Please deactivate it or provide the login credentials in the secure note.

But it could be the same issue as well where the slider remains taller (narrow width, taller height) where the image remains short (wide width, shorter height). Forcing the image to fit the slider dimension result to the stretched image, like this

Hence, the solution is making your slider auto-responsive instead of full-screen.
