this was working, but now it has stopped (having a slider revolution below the master head). If i add a slider rev element anywhere else in the page the one below the masterhead begins to work as well. Then i have two sliders running on the page.

Thanks for writing in! The slider settings above/below masthead settings will display the rev slider above/below the masthead as part of the header by default. When you are using Pro theme and a custom header, the slider areas will disappear. You will have to edit your custom header and add a bar where you can add your slider shortcode instead.

that will show the slider on every page, correct? I only want to show it on the homepage…
If i add a slider rev element as the first object it doesn’t load tight under the menu bar like it did when it was loading “below masterhead”
it was working, i had always used the pro header creator
i figured out why it was working, i had other rev sliders on this page, and when i deleted them that is when it stopped working. therefore all i need todo is add another slider back in and i should be good!
