Slider overlapping with page content

Hi Themeco Team,

X-Theme, Cornerstone page builder

I am trying to design a homepage with a Revolutionary slider on the top of the page, and content and sidebars menu under the Revolutionary slider.

I tried 2 options but both are causing overlapping of the content.

To the 1st section of the page, I inserted the element ‘revolutionary slider’. Revolutionary slider was added successfully and is sitting under the header. The sidebar menu is also sitting under the header, and thus hidden by the Revolutionary slider.

I tried another option of adding a Revolutionary slider to the sidebar menu, as a block in the widget area. I chose the full width for the slider and it worked fine. But now when I try to add a section/content to the page, the content is hidden behind the Revolutionary slider.

How do I achieve the slider on top of the page (below header), and then Sidebar and Content at the bottom of the revolutionary slider.

Hi Anuja,

Thank you for writing in, you can add a slider below the Header by using the Slider Settings: Below Masthead feature, see the following link for details.

Hi,
Thank you for your response, but I couldn’t find the page settings options you are referring to. These settings are not available or I couldn’t find in the updated theme. Please check the attached screenshot.

Hi @taxjackams

Another user here.

Try getting into standard WordPress edit (not ‘edit with PRO’ option) and then slide down in the edit page; you will see Slider options and should be able to select the slider you wish to put, just below the editor field.

Can’t SS right now but I believe I managed to explain. Hope that works.

Thanks, I did it and it’s working, really not sure why WP page editor was not showing up other day.
The slider looks very nice and specially on mobile. Thanks again
