Slider not working within portfolio

Hi, I’m having some issues with the slider on the portfolio posts. I want all current and future portfolio posts to look like this: http://www.fencingandlandscaping.com/completed-projects/mediterranean-garden/ but on the others the main slider isn’t there, for example: http://www.fencingandlandscaping.com/completed-projects/country-cottage/ I’ve checked all the settings on the each and they’re exactly the same on the portfolio item that works as to the ones that don’t. I’m sure it’s something simple I’m just not seeing but I’m so lost, please can someone explain to me where I’m going wrong.
Also since the last update a weird white bar has appeared on other sliders throughout the site, please could you also let me know how to fix the issue.

I’m afraid I don’t read code, so any code alterations please explain as if to a very thick person.

Hi There,

Under the media type option, please make sure you select the Gallery type:

If it still doesn’t work, please provide us with your admin account so we can take a closer look.

Hi, thanks for getting back to me, I really appreciate your help. I’ve added the log in details for you as a secure note. Since the update, I no longer seem to have the options to choose a media type. Everything I’m using is the up to date version.

Also, please could you tell me where the settings are for adding the bottom dots onto the sliders I create in cornerstone. Since the update they have also gone missing and are now just a large white bar.

Sorry for the confusion!

The gallery slider is working if you upload the image to that portfolio only. Selecting old image for the gallery worn’t work.




There is a feature request in our list, to choose old uploaded image for the gallery.

Thanks so much, that works. Just to clarify (and then I’ll leave you alone) for future portfolio items, I’ll still need to make a separate Envira Gallery for the thumbnail images to appear on the right, is that correct?

Hi There,

You can also use the Wordpress gallery: https://codex.wordpress.org/The_WordPress_Gallery.

But it doens’t have the lightbox when you click on the images.
