Slider not working correctly on mobile

Please see the page in the secure note. It works correctly on desktop but on the Mobile, the transitions are not happening. The slides just get replaced suddenly. I am providing a link to a recording in the secure note showing what is happening. Will appreciate any help!

I have checked your website and found the issue in iPhone as shown in the video, but unable to replicate the same in Browser Mobile Device Tools. We need to investigate the settings of the slider through the WordPress admin dashboard. Can you please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

In addition to the above issue on mobile, I have also noticed that the autoplay takes a while to start the first time. The delay is quite long… and the user may scroll down without realizing the autoplay. Is there a way to reduce the initial delay?

Hello @amardeepmisha,

I am another staff checking in! I have tested your slider on my android phone and it behaves differently than the iPhone. It seems working as expected on Android.

I also found out that you have inserted the slider in a global block. Can you please insert the Slider in a page directly without using the global block? It could be that the global block is creating the issue which evidently visible on the iPhone only.

Kindly let us know how it goes.

@ruenel I have created two sections, one using the Global Block and one without it. Please check and let me know what you discover and recommend.

Hi @amardeepmisha,

I have checked that in my Android mobile and it worked as is expected, but in the iPhone it has the same issue as the previous. Please also mention the version of the browser, the device, and the version of the operating system you are using to see the website. it helps us to replicate and recognize the issue.

I have replicated the issue so this is either iOS doesn’t support it or this is a bug. I’ll post this in our issue tracker for investigation. Please don’t delete your video explaining the issue.
