Slider is gone frome one day to another

Hi there,

I just figured out that the slider on our page does not work anymore. We integrated it as usual via Cornerstone.
A few days ago it was there but today it’s gone and I don’t know what happened.

Do you have an idea according to the cause of that topic?

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? Please provide following information(Use Secure Note):

  • WordPress Admin username / password
  • FTP credentials

Hey there,

don’t get confused. In the backend of Slider Revolution we have two sliders. ‘Main Slider’ has a second slide including a video, ‘home’ doesn’t have a second slide.

It would be nice if we can use the Slider Revolution as usual.

Slider is now visible on your website :slight_smile: Please check.
The issue was ‘RevSlider libraries globally’ was disabled in global setting.
