Slider integration problem

Hello,

We have a problem to select a slider in the page (look attachment). When we create a new slider, the list does not refresh but in the widgets the list is well refresh.

The name of the plugin is LayerSlider WP.

Hey Alain,

Regretfully, I’m currently not sure what the issue is. Are you expecting the Slider selector will update without reloading page editor? If so, that is not the case. You will need to reload the page.

Also, what “widgets” are you referring to? Would you mind providing a screenshot of that?

I’m not sure I understood but we have recorded and updated the page where we want to implement the slider.

In that case, we would need to check it directly from your site.

Please provide your site’s URL and admin login credentials in the secure note. For the meantime, if you have active cache feature/plugin, then please clean them and test it again.

Hello Alain,

I have investigated the issue and I can confirm that the slider display is limited up to 100 sliders only. You have 105 sliders which means that the other sliders where not being displayed anymore. I will report this to our developers so that they can increase or somehow add a function setting to be able to easily load all the sliders.

Regretfully, we can’t monitor the users using LayerSlider or any plugin for that matter. But, we post what bug has been fixed whenever an update is released in our Changelog: https://theme.co/changelog/
