Slider element not displaying Auto slides as expected on mobile

Hi,

I’m using the Slider element with slides set to Auto (not Paged) and carousel enabled. It works as expected on desktop, and even when I resize my screen to mobile view on desktop, however on my phone it is only displaying one slide per page which is bizarre. Is this a bug? Because all settings look correct.

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked your website but am unable to understand your problem. The slide per page is set to 1 for the Mobile devices, and that is why it shows a single slide.

If that is not the case and you are trying to point out something else, please explain a bit more or provide any video that helps us to recognize the problem.

Hi, I have tried in incognito, cleared cache, different browser, different intenet connection, and on a different iphones. The issue persists on everything.

Hey David,

The issue happens only in iOS. It’s tricky to locate the cause but I tested the Logo Carousel Slider Modern Sliders template and it works in iOS so the sure solution would be to load up the Logo Carousel Carousel available in your Modern Sliders page: https://theme.co/account/courses/modern-sliders

There are lots of differences with your logo carousel setup with the Modern Sliders Logo Carousel. One example is in your logo carousel, the Content Wrapper Flexbox is off while it’s enabled in the Modern Sliders Logo Carousel.

Download the Logo Carousel Slider template and load it up in your page. Then, replace the demo logos with your own.

I’d also recommend you watch the Modern Sliders tutorial specific to the Logo Carousel to understand how it works.
