Slider and carousel issues

Hi I have a problem with the revolution slider and the carousel on my website.
the carousels of the homepage don’t slide in and the activated, imported slides of resolution sliders don’t appear on the home page for some reason. I kindly request your support and trouble shooting these issues. Thank you.
Kind regards,
Edna

Hey Edna,

I tried the troubleshooting tips from ThemePunch but the issue persisted.

I see Javascript errors in the console which is connected to WordPress’ jQuery. Would you mind re-installing WordPress? You can do that by going to Dashboard > Updates and the Re-install Now button.

I also don’t see a carousel in your home page. I only see a slider. Would you mind providing a screenshot of it?

Thanks.

Thank you for your kind reply and efforts, Christian. I have re-installed the theme and the slider still does not slide, however at least it is visible on the home page now. Also I am not sure if the panels under the slider called carousel but I am referring to the thumbnail style images next to the text right under the slider. On the demo they slide in from the side of the page however this sliding functionality is an issue. Could you check it, please?

I installed the wordpress via bluehost automated wordpress installation, add the x theme and launched the demo content then edited the homepage, so I am not sure why the sliding option doesn’t work. Thank you.

Kind regards, Edna

PS: my apology, the correct meaning is stacks for the part I was referring to. Stack from the Integrity 1 version.

Hello Edna,

You are experiencing a cashing issue. I have temporarily disable your caching in Settings > General > Endurance Cache. Caching are best turn on when you are done building your site.

Regarding your carousel, I am not seeing any thumbs or a carousel under your slider. This is only what I am seeing:

Can you please clarify and provide a screenshot instead?

Thanks.

HI, thank you for your reply. I have sent the correction of the term I used, please find the message above yours. The screenshot you sent shows the image below the slider which should be sliding in, however it doesn’t.

Hello @Medna,

Are your referring to this four sliding images?

They are actually 4 different images lined up in a separate layers. They fade in upside to create that effect.

You will have to edit your slide and add some image layers too like we have used in the demo site.

Hope this explains it briefly.
