Slider Above Masthead Not Displaying

The option exists on the page to activate a masthead, but nothing gets displayed.

Plugins have been deactivated and themes have been switched, without any success.

Any suggestions?

Thanks for writing to us.

I checked your site, and it seems that a server cache might be causing the issue. I recommend contacting your hosting provider to purge all server cache and then recheck the site. Although you have set the homepage as ‘Home Page’ under WordPress Dashboard → Settings → Reading, a different page (‘Marine Exchange of Alaska’) is being rendered as the homepage.

Cleared the server cache, but the slider is still not displaying.

Hello @MX_AK,

Please be advised that the Slider Above Masthead and Slider Below Masthead will appear using the default header and even a custom header. Would you mind switching from Blank stack to Starter or any other stack?
