Hi there,
I have followed your steps outlined in my last topic entitled “Slide shows white overlay on transition” but it still does not work. And you’ve closed the Support Ticket and its not fixed.

Please check https://www.masterbuildinginspectors.com.au and look at the Testimonials slider.

But most importantly we need the image slider above it fixed.
If you need admin access, please check the old topic.

Hey Tania,

The solution suggested to you in the other thread doesn’t work because you have a custom code in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS. Please remove the code.

I’ll show you what it is this time but next time, remember to temporarily remove all customizations including custom CSS in your site to see if it’s our theme or our bundled third-party plugins that is causing the issue.

By the way, your other thread was automatically closed because you haven’t replied within 10 days.
