Slide in down effect

Hi, so in a header I am using a negative margin to hide a bar and a positive margin to create a label effect for pages. I am also using the Slide in down effect… BUT it slides in front of the bar above it, is there a way I can apply the effect so it sits behind the bar, so you only see the ‘label’ slide from behind the bar above??

It might be an issue with z-index, but it is not possible to guide you with only a screenshot. I would suggest you please share the exact page URL so we can check it on our end and guide you properly.
