Please have a look at https://onecodex.ch/team/ and then you scroll down to the skill-bar of the second team-member. I can’t see that the bars are animated. They are somehow triggered too late. In mobile view it looks perfect, but on my desktop-browser it doeasn’t work.
What can I do?

I checked your site and the skill bars are working normally on my side. Please, which browser are you using and can you provide to us a screencast about this issue?
I’ve had the same issue for ages. Skill bar animation doesn’t work, but it starts working when I right click on the element (for some reason). Firefox shows this warning:

Can’t tell you how pissed I am (at myself mostly) for buying into the X hype and investing in this bug-ridden theme.

I checked your site in Chrome and the Skillbar animates. It doesn’t animate in Firefox. I checked the Skillbar in my test site and it works fine so this might be unique to your setup. Please try the latest version of X and Cornerstone.
