Sitewide search by WooCommerce SKU?

When using the default X search function, I can not find WooCommerce products when searching by SKU#. Is there an option to enable this, that I overlooked? Searching by product name works fine.

By default SKU is not searchable. In order to search products using SKU, you can use 3rd party plugins.

Please note that the plugin name I have suggested is not a official Themeco advice. It’s a personal input that I have shared to help you get started.
