Just updated SG Optimization plugin (Version 5.7.10) and the content editor won’t load… just get the “loading” icon.

Thanks for writing in! A loading icon could mean that you have exhausted your PHP memory limit. Please increase your PHP memory limit and test your site again. To know how you can increase the memory limit, kindly check this out:

It could also be caused by a plugin conflict, amongst other things. Please check out this troubleshooting article here and follow the instructions for the following sections (where appropriate):

If nothing is helping, provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:

I just check your website and your content editor is just loading fine on my end. I suggest that you clear your browser cache. See attached screenshots below to see for yourself that the content editor is just loading fine on my end.
