Site wont update from (older) 2.5.5 to (recent) 3.2.3 PRO theme update!

Here is the situation in screen shots. The site is a multisite for www.aliveandshine.com

Here I noticed Woo was warning me, and then I realized I seemingly am on an old version of Pro theme
.

I tried to update or check for one, and it obviously shows there is one here, but it wont update.

What should I do? Because clearly I have the 2.5.5 version but the 3.2.3. version is available, yet it wont show an option to update.

To update Pro theme, please go to Appearance > Themes, click Pro theme and then hit the update link;

or simply go to Dashboard > Updates and update Pro theme.

As I said above, it will not update. It does not update through any of those methods. It shows that there is no update available. This is a multisite, if I do it on the multisite end it doesn’t work, and if I do it on the individual site end it doesn’t work:

Multisite Network Admin:

Individual Site: Aliveandshine.com:

I’m using the child theme.

Currently, our themes doesn’t support automatic updates for the multisite setup. You will need to perform a Manual Update. The instruction can be found here: https://theme.co/docs/how-to-update
