Hi X team,
I recently loaded a new installation of X up on a new site. I did a good portion of the build, but when I am logged out of my admin, the site shows a blank page. I contacted my hosting service and they said to contact you all as it is an issue with the theme. Can you jump in and check it out please?

Thanks for writing in! Regretfully the given credentials is not working for us. It seems that the password is incorrect.

I’m not sure what happened with the credendials, but I updated the password and double checked so that you should be able or get in. I have multiple installations of X with the same provider and have never had this issue. I was on the phone with them last night and they said that they are meeting the requirements for X. If you can try to login again with the new password provided, I would appreciate it. Thank you for your help!

Nevermind, I fixed it.
I had the Slider Revolution Coming Soon/Maintenance Plugin activated (even though I wasn’t using it). That was causing the blank page.

I am in the middle on investigation but good thing you found it. I notice that your PHP is not updated though. Please go to X > Status to see current PHP version and compare it to above requirements by wordpress.
