Our site is not dynamically changing responsively to the size of the screen and is unacceptably small on mobile. However when testing using the screen size features in the builder everything is fine and responsive making it terribly difficult to troubleshoot. Please and thank you for your assistance

We have visited your website, but unable to recognize the issue you described in your post. Can you please provide any screenshot marked with the issue or any video that helps us to recognize the problem?
Please remember that the responsiveness mostly depends on the content and the custom style implemented to your site, so there might be some custom CSS code or content is breaking it.
