I have checked your website and found the problem you described here. There might be some different reasons behind your issue, I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.
- Theme Related Issue
- Plugin Conflict
- Theme Update related issue
- Child Theme Related issue
- CSS/JS Customization
- Disabling Cache
- Disabling CDN
- Increasing PHP Memory Limit
If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
I would also request to activate any default theme like TwentyTwenty and check if the issue exists or not, if that exists it means the problem is not related to the Pro. You may need to contact your Hosting Service provider on this.
If none of the above works and the issue only exists when Pro is active, please copy your live site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And give us access to the secure note including:
– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
NOTE: I have also found that the %20 i.e. a single space is added with the URL assets and that might be the reason why the assets are not loading. Please find the URL in the secure note.
