Site Reverting to old content after Cornerstone update

Hello for some reason after we update cornerstone, our last set of changes are all reverted back to how it was before.

For example we have a page that we deleted a sentence, but when you update cornerstone it reappears again.

There is no cache on the site… I have cloned the site and added the login for you to test in the secure note

Do you have a backup before you updated your website? In that way, we can compare the data because this issue is unique. I suggest that you create another staging area where we compare updated and not updated files.

Hello I left cornerstone not updated so you can test… is that what you mean. Or a backup with the update before Wordpress, and Xtheme?

Testing the X theme 8.2.3 with an outdated Cornerstone plugin will not resolve any issue because the X theme 8.2.3 only supports the latest Cornerstone which is version 5.x.x. It is best you update everything to the latest.

After you updates, please install WP Optimize plugin and run the optimizations so that old pages, post meta and other unwanted database entries will be cleaned out.

I’ve restored an even older version with last version of WP and Pro so you can test, please let me know if you need anything else.

“Our Online Booking system will be temporarily unavailable until our inconvenienced guests have been accommodated. We will be posting updates on our social media pages as to when this system will be reactivated. Thank you for your understanding!”

Which looks like you updated, as before the update it says :

" Check out Our Team page for more information on each of our talented stylists. Each Stylist’s Level is based on the demand on their time. Each level has its own pricing. Visit our Hair Services page for more detailed pricing information."

I just tested and it worked for me, perhaps you are blocked from the server?

Can you send me your IP and I can whitelist or you can Use a VPN and set it to Canada it should be fine

Please edit the page back in Cornerstone and then save it again. It should update the contents of the page.

Is this the only fix? There is probably an hour or two of updates that would need to be redone. Also want to ensure this is fixed so it does not happen again in the future
