Site previously validated, now says it isn't, though my theme.co dashboard says it is

Hi

Several years ago, I validated a license for a client’s site on Flywheel along with the staging site. My dashboard here at theme.co shows it is validated with the correct URL, yet the backend of the site (and the staging) says it isn’t validated, that the Purchase Code is being used “on another site.”

I need to update X and would like this to get straightened out. Thanks in advance.

Please log in to your Themeco account and double check the assigned URL to each of your licenses. Make sure that you are not have a location issue. You may need to reassign the URL to your license code.
