Site Not Validating on Live Server

I moved from the dev server to the live server. Site will not validate. I saw another thread that suggested I disable all plugins and try to validate. I did that. The site validated, then… it decided to UN validate itself after re-enabling the plugins.

These are the very same plugins I had enabled on the DEV server, where the validation worked just fine. So, its not a plugin conflict. Please see the credentials. Thanks, and please explain the fix so I dont have to keep bugging you guys, this seems to happen from time to time.

OK, now it finally worked after logging in from a different browser…

Any idea why this happens?
