Site not responsive

I’ve used pro header and theme cloud templates to create my pages. The pages are not working properly on mobile.
Initially the page displays as just code. Scroll down and click on the “full site” link brings up the images and text, only the layout is lost, and all the text is tiny. That is all whilst holding the phone in portrait. Please see the images attached for a better understanding. Thanks

It looks like you have Jetpack mobile theme active on your site that is why your site looks different on mobile.

Thanks for that. I didn’t even realise that I had that one there (guess it came with all the other Jet pack stuff, that I, erm… don’t use).
So here, the answer is to perhaps de-activate the Jet pack mobile stuff?

Now all I have is the problem of the display on the phone in portrait, the text is not readable.

Thanks for writing in!

Still seems this is something related to plugins. Can you please check if you have any plugins for responsive.
You can disable all third party plugins including Jetpack and check.
