Site not loading properly on mobile

Hello XTheme, would you mind helping me out?

I have a few pages when I visit on mobile, the page doesn’t fully load properly. The format breaks and everything becomes a mess. Is there something I can do?

Let me know because the entire page collapses and is just in grey.

It’s this page:
http://www.desmondchan.org/heluva-good-dip/

And this page:
http://www.desmondchan.org/aarp/

And this page:
http://www.desmondchan.org/puma

Thanks!
Desmond

Hi Desmond,

I tried to visit and even on desktop it is not loading properly. Tried multiple times, there are few times that it loads correctly. Can you check in with your hosting? This might be related to resource bandwidth. Please check this article.

Really? Everything is loading on me for desktop. Would you mind telling me what browser you were using? I just tried incognito mode with Google Chrome and Safari, and both seems to work. That has me worried.

My issue was on mobile, the images are loading, but the actual site itself is not. So all I see are the elements without containers and nothing is formatted properly.

Hi @randomnameee,

I’ve checked those pages on all my browsers (IE11, Edge, Firefox, & Chrome) and it loads just fine both on mobile and desktop. I don’t see any issue on those pages besides the raw design (if you consider that as an issue).

Desktop view

Mobile view

The way those pages view on mobile is normal, that is how the responsive view works.

Please clarify the issue,
Thanks.

No it wasn’t working when my friend looked on his iphone. And then I checked mine, and it also wasn’t working on my iphone either.

Take a look.

Hello @randomnameee,

I have inspected your site and I found out that you have installed Cache Enabled plugin. Please clear your plugin cache and regenerate the minified JS/CSS files before testing your site. This can cause the changes to not take place on the front end. It will eventually show up when the cache regenerates, but it’s not ideal if you’re looking to see your changes immediately.

You must also clear your mobile phone’s cache or use private browsing mode and test your site again.

Hey RueNel,

Wow, it seems that’s fixed the issue. Thank you so much!

You’re welcome!
We’re glad we were able to help you out.
