Site not Loading Correctly

Only parts of our site is loading. This is something new in the past few days.

The IP address is: 99.79.63.120

We have deactivated all the plugins one by one and still cannot resolve the issue.

Any help is appreciated.

Site now working without changing anything. Very odd behaviour
