Hi,
I have just changed my site from a different theme to pro and i built the front page to the site in chrome. I launched the site today and basically the site hardly shows anything when viewed in internet explorer. It works fine in chrome, edge, safari, firefox (although a bit slow). Any help would be appreciated as most of my users use IE11 and i need this working asap.

I checked the website and see that the problem is the Background Video. Other parts of the page are working correctly in the IE 11.
I wonder how you added the Background Video if you used one of our functionalities you need to make sure that you upload all mandatory video types so that the video will be cross-browser compatible.
Make sure you include .MP4 .WEBM .OGV file types.

HI Christopher, thank you for your reply. I uploaded the video as an mp4 and compressed it right down to around 5mb. Its works fine in all other browsers including edge (shock!). The video i uploaded to the site so that its not pulling from any other online source. I also notice in IE11 that the footer instead of it being in 3 coloumns like it is on all other browsers, the 3rd column gets pushed underneath. May be a seperate issue but do you have any further advice on both of these issues?

Apologies, i do not understand what you mean by upload all the video types? Do i have to upload .WEBM and .OGV files also? If so, how do set the background to associate to each different file for the different platforms? Thanks again.

In the Video Source section of the background please add the URL of the other video types by separating them with a pipe character (|):
http://blabla.mp4 | http://blabla.webm
