Having similar problems here across multiple sites since the last update. Watching these threads closely to see if there is a fix.
Hi Helan,
It might be due to the improper up-gradation of the Cornerstone plugin. I would also suggest you follow the below steps while updating to the latest version of the Cornerstone.
If that does not resolve the issue, I would suggest you troubleshot a few common issues on this.
1.Plugin Conflict
2.Theme Update related issue
3.Child Theme Related issue
4.CSS/JS Customization
If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If none of the above helps and you are still getting the issue, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:
– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

Any update?
Hello Helan,
Please login to your Kinsta account panel and clear/purge the site cache a few times because when I check your Theme Options, the header displays correctly.
This could just be a caching issue. Please temporarily deactivate your caching plugins as well and check your site again.
Best Regards.
Hello team,
We cleared staging site cache and checked it, but nothing works
Here is Kinsta server reply
"In regards to the initial problem, I experienced the same result when updating the theme so I’m afraid this is not something caused by the server since as mentioned before, Staging sites are not cached by default.
Have them check the request of the site as it’s always bypassing the cache" secure note added
"Unfortunately I am not a web developer, so I wouldn’t know what needs to be done to the them in order for it to properly work.
It’s very unlikely although possible, that a plugin on your site that is causing problems. In that case, you might want to disable all your plugins before upgrading the theme in the staging site to see if it makes a difference.
If the theme is still lading broken even with all the plugins disabled, I’d recommend you to get in touch with the Theme developer and show them it’s not a caching issue as it’s bypassing the cache in the headers as shown above."
Kindly help me to resolve this issue, thanks
Hi Helan,
I have gone through your staging site and found a similar style issue with the default theme like Twenty Twenty-One. It seems the issue is due to improper migration. I would suggest you try the migration process once again by following the instruction here: https://theme.co/docs/how-to-migrate-your-site
Please let us know if you are still getting the issue after re-migration.
Thanks
Hi @tristup I tried again, but still have issues.
Hosting side no issues. Kindly check and help me to fix the issue
Thanks
Hello Helan,
I have logged in again to your staging site. I temporarily deactivated all the plugins and switch to the Twenty Twenty One theme. The result is the same. The theme style.css is not loaded on the page as if Kinsta is blocking or not allowing the file to load. Kindly contact Kinsta support and let them know about this issue.
Kindly let us know how it goes.
